My name is Carolyn Burn and I have lived in Picton for 23 years. My husband Rob and I own The Villa Backpackers Lodge on Auckland Street. We have raised two sons, Declan now 24, and Taylor 20, and are passionate about Picton and the Marlborough Sounds.

Many of you will remember me as the Checkout Manager at Picton Fresh Choice and after 4 years working there I have decided to embark on an exciting career in real estate, which I love.

I would like to offer you my services and can assure you that I am passionate about good service and will strive very hard to get you the very best results. I am honest, loyal and enthusiastic and always have a smile on my face.

I am a member of the local Picton Rotary Club, I am working to help the youth and elderly of Picton and give something back to the community that has been so good to my family.
